Celso ready for action as a Troop Horse
Celso was born in 2007. We bought him at Llanybydder Horse Fair as a colt foal in the same year. We broke him in in 2009 and he joined the Welsh Horse as a Troop Horse in 2012. He is a feisty, forward-going 15 hands Welsh Cob Cross. Celso sometimes likes to play ‘hard to catch’ but once caught is very willing indeed.
Cestyn: getting ready for action
Cestyn is Celso’s best friend and partner in crime! They are the same age and we bought them on the same day, but Cestyn joined the troop in 2011, a year before Celso. Cestyn has made 16 hands and has a stunning presence; people often remark on what a handsome horse he is. He is a great ride, both in displays and out hacking, but he is very fond of breaking lead ropes!
